History
The Well began as a church plant called “Jericho Valley Church” in the fall of 1997. At that time, we met in the Council Rock Sr. Center in Richboro, PA.
The Sr. Center was our temporary home until the Spring of 2005. It was then that we replanted the church and began meeting in our new building in Feasterville. At that time, “Jericho Valley Church” officially became known as “The Well.”
Our goal is that we would be a community of people who love Jesus and bless our world. In our day and age, this brings about many challenges…
If you look around today’s American culture, it does not take too long to realize that this world is a very different place than it was even 50 years ago. As a community we quickly realized that if we were going to faithfully live out the God’s love in the world, we needed to start asking fresh questions about what it means to be the church.
We know that we have not yet “arrived” as a community. This is why we are continually asking ourselves, “What does it mean to be the church in our culture…”
We are looking forward to the chapters of our story that have yet to be written…
