New Website
We have redesigned and simplified the church side of our website. We’ll be posting regular updates on ministries and events. Also, our sermons are almost completely updated with sermons from our Acts series. We are looking for people to help with content. Contact Todd if you are interested.

Phil Wood Sabbatical
Phil Wood, our awesome worship leader, pastor/elder, will be taking a sabbatical this summer during June, July and August. He’s been serving for 10 years and we figured it was time he got a break. He’ll be taking the time to visit other churches, write music and refresh. Please pray for him during this time.

Community

Church picnic & Baptism
June 1 - There is not much more exciting in the life of a church community than celebrating baptisms! Mark this date on your calender in a nice bold Sharpie. The baptism will happen at a neighborhood park in the area.

Women’s Retreat
June 14th 8am-7pm in Buckingham (at the Ware residence). Take a day away to fellowship, immerse yourself in scripture, and allow for your own transformation. Cost $20, includes supply fee and three meals. Please contact BJ Caperelli.

Father’s Day Frisbee Golf
June 14th The men and fathers are invited to come out and play some frisbee golf. Kids are invited to come along.

Whiffle Ball Tournament / Picnic
June 29. Our fourth annual whiffle ball tourney and picnic. Held at Northampton Municipal Park in Warminster. 1:00pm. Bring a team or come and join one.

Phillies Fireworks Game
July 9th. An annual tradition at The Well. This is perhaps the best fireworks show in the world, ever. Tickets are available for signup on the back table.

Church Camping Trip
August 1-3. Location TBD. This camping trip is open to anyone and everyone. Bring your own gear. If you want to go but don’t have camping equipment, let us know and we’ll work it out.

Service

Homeless Outreach
Meet at The Well at 6:30pm
This weekly group goes down to Love Park and serves the homeless population there. You don’t need to sign up, just show up.

Missions Trip to Feasterville
July 20-26 - After going to New Orleans two years ago and Philadelphia last year, this year we’ll be doing a missions trip to Feasterville. We will spend the week getting to know all about our community and how we can serve it better. Contact Gary.

Todd going to Zambia
Todd will be headed to Zambia with three other pastors from June 15 - 27 to teach and encourage the pastors in this impoverished country. If you would like to give to this trip, you can write your check to The Well and write, “Zambia Trip” on the check.

Church Cleaning Days
We have church cleaning days on the first Saturday of every month. This is to do our best to host the guests who use our space in the best way possible. Come on out at 9am - 11am.

Locality
Todd & Gary have been getting involved in the Feasterville Ministeriam and the local chapter of the Rotary Club. These are great connections into the local community as we seek to better understand the needs of Lower Southampton. Please pray for them as they get to know the formal and informal leaders in our town.

Learning

Introduction to the Missional Church Class
July 12, 9am - 2pm - Todd will be teaching a class on what it means to be a Missional Church and how this works out at The Well. This will be a great intro to the mission of the Church (ecclesiology) and and also a great intro to The Well.

The Church in Suburbia Seminar
August 9th - We’re hosting an all day event at The Well with author Al Hsu of the book, The Suburban Christian. This will be an awesome discussion on the challenges we face as we seek to life faithfully in our specific culture. Registration is required and the cost for the seminar is $25. This includes lunch.

Personal identity & Calling Class
August 30th, 9am - 12pm - This class will focus on helping each other find and understand our personal calling and identity as it fits into the body of Christ.

Small groups

Thursday Night Small Group
Thursdays @ 7:30 pm
This group is studying the Psalms together at the apartment of our very own Gary Alloway. More info: Gary (gary@thewellpa.com)

Wednesday Night Book Study
This group is taking off for the months of June and July. Restarting with a vengeance in August!

The Well Movie Group

Hatboro Area Community Dinner
Friday, June 13th - This is for anyone who lives in Hatboro, Horsham, Willow Grove, Warminster, Doylestown, etc We’ll be having an informal dinner together at the Kelly’s house.
